BeFra (formerly Betterware de Mexico, NYSE: BWMX), which also owns Jafra, reported Q3 2026 net revenue of MXN 4.83 billion, up 43.1% year over year, citing Tupperware's first full-quarter contribution after its Tupperware Latin America acquisition (BeFra Q3 2026 results release, 2026). Tupperware made up 28.5% of group revenue (BeFra, 2026). The company said Tupperware Mexico's direct selling business grew 23.0%, while the decline at Tupperware Brazil eased to 3.3%, versus declines of 10% to 15% before the deal (BeFra, 2026). The group's average associate base rose 23.7% to about 1.46 million as Tupperware's independent sellers joined (BeFra, 2026). Jafra revenue fell 2.8% (BeFra, 2026). All figures are for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2026, in Mexican pesos and unaudited, as reported by BeFra (BeFra, 2026). For party plan watchers, it is an early read on whether the Tupperware party model can recover under new ownership in Latin America. The deal covers Tupperware Latin America only, not US Tupperware.
